DELIVERY

Delivery times are 3-5 business days from the time of order.

We use Australia Post rates for all customer purchases.

PICK UP IN STORE (BERWICK VIC )

This service enables you to shop online and collect your purchase in store avoiding delivery charges.

We aim to have online orders available for collection in store within 48hours. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is ready for collection.

WHOLESALE ORDERS

We use Australia Post and track/trace for all orders. Standard Wholesale cost for items is $25.00 Australia Wide. Western Australia customers please note you will be notified if post is higher before dispatch.

Wholesale order minimums apply:

  • Quantity x2 of each item of clothing, Handbags and Jewellery.
  • New accounts minimum to purchase $300.
  • Existing wholesale accounts no minimum spend, however quantity minimum applies.

 

Backorders may occur. You will be contacted of the ETA of backorder on items. Backorder items are to be paid in full.

All orders are paid up front.

Sorry we do not have Trading Accounts.

However for larger wholesale orders we are able to arrange a weekly payment plan, please contact us for more information.

WOMENS APPAREL SIZING GUIDE

Our clothing is a one size lifestyle fit. This means that it should fit a women from a size 8-16.

Please check the description on item to the best fit size.

Where “Petite Label” is noted on description this will only fit a woman size 8-12.

Rings come in 6 different sizes. Size 6  7  8  9  10  11    Standard size is 9

For wholesale Ring orders, you will receive x2 different sizes per style chosen. Please advise if specific sizes are required at checkout, or email us.

RETURNS

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase.

Please contact our Customer Service team straight away.

The team will require clear images of the item and your order number so they can guide you through the assessment process and help resolve the problem as swiftly as possible.

If your item doesnt fit or is not what you expected we can exchange your item within 7 days of receipt, offer a credit note, or exchange on an other item to the same or higher value.

Please ensure all tags remain on the item for an exchange.

Return shipping on change of minds is at the cost of the customer, please ensure you register and track your return as we will not be held liable for lost items. You will also need to pay for shipping of your replacement items. Please email sales@ibare.com.au 

Faulty items need to be returned within 7 days of receipt as per returns above. These will then be checked and a response will be advised.

If we are able to exchange for the same product, a new same item will be sent to you. Please refer to Consumer Affairs for further Return Policy on Faulty items.

Wholesale items – sorry no change of mind on items ordered. Faulty items, replacement will be sent back to you. However if no replacement available of same item, a CREDIT will be placed onto your account against a future purchase.

LOST OR DAMAGED GOODS

If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please Contact Us within 10 working days of placing your order so that we may assist you.

All orders are tracked and need to be signed on receiving from Australia Post.
